Forms (RBE) are available from council reception or from Biosecurity QLD at the website below.

Note - To claim ownership of a horse in Queensland, you must register as a biosecurity entity with Biosecurity Queensland. This process involves obtaining a Restricted Biosecurity Entity (RBE) number and a Property Identification Code (PIC) for the land where the horse is kept.

You can complete the registration online through the Biosecurity Entity Registration Portal:

Please Note forms need to be completed and returned to Biosecurity.

That is Council cannot receive them.
