HOPE VALE ABORIGINAL SHIRE COUNCIL (THE PRINCIPAL) INVITES TENDERS FOR HOPE VALE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT FENCE RENEWAL AT HOPE VALE, QLD, 4895.
It is a requirement of this project that any persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, established by the Federal Safety Commissioner Act 2022 (Cth), at the time of entering the contract for the building work and maintains accreditation while the building work is being carried out.
The Queensland Government's Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry applies to the building work associated with this project. It is a requirement of this project that any person who undertakes the work be compliant with the Code.
